Hi, I’m Britt. In 2018, I had hip surgery at 24, after years of wear & tear on my body as a competitive cheerleader and athlete. My physical therapist turned me onto pilates and I’ve been practicing ever since.
I left a decade long career in education after completing several pilates trainings. I’ve been teaching at local studios in the San Diego area since 2022.
Whether you’re wanting to deepen your practice, recovering from an injury, or would like to incorporate pilates into your workout routine-all are welcome.
