Hi, I’m Britt. After years of wear & tear on my body as a competitive cheerleader and athlete, I had hip surgery at 24 years old. During my recovery, my physical therapist turned me onto pilates and I’ve been practicing ever since.

I’ve became a certified pilates instructor in 2022 and have been teaching in local studios in San Diego since.

Whether you’re wanting to deepen your practice, recovering from an injury, or would like to incorporate pilates into your workout routine-all are welcome.
